Hi, I'm Will. Founder and President of Quantum Franchise Group.

In 2019, after my third position elimination in the dying newspaper industry, I had decided that enough is enough.

I'd spent over 30 years in the corporate world enduring dysfunctional workplaces, difficult bosses, and toxic environments surrounded by dreadfully unhappy, unfulfilled people.

Life is too short to do work you don't care about, for bosses you don't respect, for and with people who leave you empty and exhausted at the end of the day.

Instead of just looking for yet another corporate role, I began building my own businesses. And the following four years led to the creation of Quantum Franchise Group in 2023.

Today we are a top-performing, award-winning team of 14 professionals who are committed to helping people set themselves free from employment, endless cycles of layoffs and new starts, to become business owners and leaders in their community, enjoying the freedom, life, control, and income they deserve.

Here's What You'll Do

You will help aspiring entrepreneurs find, qualify for, fund, and be awarded their own business with one of the 500 franchises across 37 industries we represent.

Making Connections

Everything begins with connections. Whether it's online or in person, you'll identify people who are eager to explore business ownership and connect with them as a franchise subject matter expert and coach.

You'll learn about their mindset, motivations, pain points, and financial position and expectations, all of which will guide your research to begin helping them.

Our team works together collaboratively on lead generation initiatives, but with training, you'll be expected to run point on building your business.

Franchise Research

Just as real estate agents have access to an inventory of homes to research for home buyers, we are contracted with over 500 franchises across 37 industries to research for your candidate.

Utilizing the information gained from your candidate about their wants, needs, and expectations in business ownership, you'll use our proprietary research system to match your candidates with the best opportunities.

Your research will lead you to a short list of 8 to 10 specific franchises that are a great fit for your candidate and have territory availability in their city.

Brand Presentation

Your research is done. You've identified a list of great franchises for your candidate to consider. The next step is your brand presentation meeting, usually conducted via Zoom for about an hour.

During your brand presentation you'll guide your candidate through a high-level overview of each brand to show them the brand history, products and services, investment requirements, and potential R.O.I.

When you've done your job well, by the end of your meeting your candidate will have seen one or more franchises that they're really excited about.

Candidate Introduction

You've shown your candidate one or more franchises that they're excited about exploring further. Here's where you will introduce your candidate to the franchise development team as a high-priority candidate.

Because of the relationships and reputation we maintain with our franchisors, our candidates are moved to the top of the list.

Upon introduction you'll coach your candidate to present themselves for a great first impression and be approved to proceed with the award process.

Due Diligence Coaching

One of the things that sets our brokerage apart is that we don't just introduce our candidates to franchisors and leave them on their own to navigate the due diligence process.

With each candidate, we guide them through every step as their coach and advocate to make sure they have all they need to make the best decision.

You'll meet via phone or in-person with your candidate weekly to debrief each completed step, address any concerns, prepare them for the next step, and provide important resources along the way.

Funding and Legal Assistance

As a full-service brokerage and consulting firm, we provide all of the resources necessary for your candidate to make the best decision and be awarded an outstanding franchise.

We have funding experts and franchise attorneys on our team, standing by to assist your candidate.

Our funding experts will hep your candidate find funding solutions such as 401K rollovers or SBA loans. And our franchise attorneys will review important documents for your candidate to ensure they are protected by the terms of the franchise agreement.

Everyone on our team earns commission each time we help a candidate be awarded a franchise. The earning potential you can expect depends upon the time, focus, and energy you commit to building your business.

Months in the due diligence process of a typical franchise award.

This calculation begins with the moment a candidate requests your assistance, and concludes the day that the franchise is awarded to your candidate.

As with any business startup, there is a natural ramp-up time connected with the sales cycle. You are unlikely to earn a commission in your first 3 months, but facilitating 5 to 10 franchise awards in your first year is possible.

No promise or guarantee of earnings can or will be made if you choose to join us. The financial performance of your business will depend entirely upon the time, energy, and focus you commit to helping aspiring entrepreneurs be awarded franchises.
